
The pedestrian who died following a road traffic collision on the A5 this morning (3/9), has been named as 15-year-old Connor Dyer, from Bradville in Milton Keynes.
Police received a call from Connor’s mother at 1.55am to say her son was missing. An extensive search for Connor was launched and a police dog was used to try and track him.
At 3.36am police were called to a collision involving a car and a pedestrian on the A5 Northbound. The pedestrian, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was later identified as the missing boy Connor Dyer.
The Northbound carriage way was closed for approximately four hours and reopened at 7.45am.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision take place.
