Well what can I say it’s been a long time since I’ve laughed so much at a pantomime!
In true pantomime fashion Cinderella didn’t disappoint me in the slightest in fact at one point I was actually crying with laughter, the cast were fantastic and I have to take my hat off to an all time great Mickey Rooney (Baron Hardup), even though you don’t see him that much throughout the show the time he did spend performing I thought he was brilliant for a man of his age.
The whole cast were fantastic and Bobby Davro (Buttons) was completely on form cracking jokes for both the kids and the adults, in my opinion he made the show, my 9 Year old George was with me and he was laughing at him all the way through even though he didn’t understand all the jokes!!
Cinderella played by Louise Dearman was fantastic, her vocals were exceptional as were the vocals of young Holly Brewer (the fairy godmothers young assistant) the winner of Mk’ s Top Talent.
Overall this is an all time classic pantomime with a great background set fantastic music and an all-star cast, I recommend this a must for all the family to go and see this Christmas, you will Love it!!
